Salary: Level C – $140,433 – $161,926 p.a. plus 17% super

About the Role
This presents an exceptional opportunity for a Level C research-focused academic to contribute significantly to groundbreaking research in gait analysis, physiotherapy, and Cerebral Palsy management. You will play a pivotal role in engaging with key stakeholders, fostering innovation, and providing leadership within a values-driven culture, ensuring your impact on both the university’s research agenda and the community at large.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participate in research independently and as a member of a research team.
- Take the lead in seeking and securing competitive national research grants and collaborations for the Gait Lab team.
- Play a significant role in the leadership of research projects and leadership of the research team.
Who We Are Looking For
You excel in interpersonal communication, fostering relationships with stakeholders, embracing diversity, and driving innovation through an open-minded approach to new perspectives.
You will also have:
- PhD in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualification.
- Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Registration with the Physiotherapists Board of Australia (Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency).
- Skills in research and project coordination.
- Evidence of significant contribution to independent and team-based research in physiotherapy practice.
