Your Responsibilities
- Completing the development agreement with objectives in teaching, research and in the area of intra-university involvement
- Independent teaching of courses with an average of 6 weekly semester hours as well as participation in teaching and examination tasks of the institute
- Participation in the conception of new academic teaching methods and courses
- Student support and supervision
- Participation in existing research projects in the area of Psychological Assessment and Quantitative Methods
- Participation in organizational and administrative tasks as well as in evaluation measures
Your Profile
- Completed doctorate/PhD in the field of Psychology (specialization in the field of Psychological Assessment)
- Experience in teaching at university level (BSc., MSc., PhD) in the field of Psychological Assessment and Quantitative Methods (proficiency in English and German)
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken German and English
- Very good IT skills (Office, Photoshop, Indesign, Statistical Software Packages) and interest in using digital tools in the field of virtual teaching
- Social competence and enjoyment of working with students
- Independent and autonomous working style
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
- Experience in the administration of university-level-entrance-exams
We offer an annual gross salary of € 66,532.20 for a fulltime position.
