About the opportunity

The School of Biomedical Engineering was established in 2019 to facilitate collaborative research excellence in the field of biomedical engineering. Through our academic staff and students, our research will aim to serve the public as a thought-leader and provide innovative technology for industry, hospitals, governments and the wider community. We are currently seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to join the team and contribute to innovative research within the School.

About you

  • a PhD or higher degree in a relevant area of engineering such as Biomedical, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
  • experience with cardiovascular engineering, computational modelling and electrical impedance measurementss
  • key capabilities/specialisation to be successful
  • biomedical signal analysis
  • image reconstruction
  • electrical impedance measurements
  • medical device development.
