About the Role
We are seeking a Research Assistant to contribute to and support the delivery of high-quality weight programme delivered in Tower Hamlets. You will provide oversight of the project including assisting and running sessions with clients, maintain client records and be involved in the evaluation of the service.

About You
Candidates must have a postgraduate degree, knowledge of pharmoutcome software, and be interested in weight management as a way to improve public health. Physical presence and residence in the UK is essential for this role. Experience of running weight management clinics is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent administration and organisational skills.

The Wolfson Institute of Population Health (WIPH) harnesses expertise across a wide range of population based research and education activities and is an internationally recognised centre of excellence in population health and preventive medicine. The WIPH comprises six separate research centres, one of which is the Centre for Public Health & Policy.

The post is based at the Stepney Green Campus in London. It is full time (35 hours per week), fixed term appointment for 11 months, with an expected start date of 1 December 2023. The starting salary will be Grade 4, £36,572 per annum (pro-rata), inclusive of London Allowance.
