About the role

We are looking for a Research Assistant to assist with investigations in the field of vision-related diseases. Working on clinical studies with a combined cost in excess of £1 million, you will will recruit participants, perform clinical and visual measurements, analyse data and disseminate research findings. This will include travelling to collaborative centres outside of Leicester. You will also assist with supervision of research staff and PhD/iMSc/project students.

About you

To be a successful candidate, you will hold a First degree in a medical, biological or psychological related discipline. You will have experience of coordinating research projects and of successfully delivering research results. You will have an understanding of Good Clinical Practice and be GCP-qualified or be willing to undertake this training.
