  • spectroscopic and structural analysis characterization of new compounds

your profileWe expect that

  • Completed scientific university studies (e.g. master, diploma, 1st state examination, sec. II) in chemistry 
  • Sound theoretical knowledge and in-depth practical experience in the handling of organoelement compounds as well as extremely air-sensitive or pyrophoric substance classes
  • Sound theoretical knowledge and in-depth practical experience in the handling of perfluorinated alkyl compounds, especially pentafluoroethyl compounds, phosphine oxides and sulfides
  • Sound theoretical knowledge and in-depth practical experience in handling frustrated Lewis pairs (FLP) and reactivity tests with such FLP
  • Sound theoretical knowledge and in-depth practical experience in the application of diffraction methods for molecular structure elucidation
  • very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written 
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience in preparing publication manuscripts in English
  •  solid fundamentals in inorganic and organic synthesis
  •  Sound theoretical knowledge and in-depth practical experience in the application of spectroscopic methods (NMR, IR, MS)
